Lisa began her mental health career in 2000, and constantly improves her skills through continuing education beyond what is required for licensure. She stays on top of the latest therapies and theories, and continues her postdoctoral learning through engagement in the mental health community of providers and researchers. Lisa served on a crisis counseling team embedded with law enforcement, and appreciates the specific situational and confidentiality needs of police and other first responders when it comes to mental health therapy.
